Reflections on walking up 311 steps

Saturday's fun included a visit to the Monument to the Great Fire of London. The views are beautiful and the monument is so lovely to look at, but the lasting memory will be of the 311 steps upon the spiral staircase to get to the top. Of course it was worth it but I'm still a bit dizzy...
